		<description>On April 4th,2010,a man who named &quot;deplomat Charles Brugger&quot; called me  (cellphone is : 0086-13138460273 ) , he brought the box full of currency from &quot;General John McHugh&quot; in Iraq, he has arrived Guangzhou Airport, China just now. He need 3,000US$ to seetle with the charge of box.  
I told &quot;deplomat Charles Brugger&quot; that  he may asked the money from &quot;General John McHugh&quot; . 
Those days, &quot;deplomat Charles Brugger&quot; does not contact me,but &quot;General John McHugh&quot; keeps in sending me emails with warm words. but &quot;General John McHugh&quot; never contact me on phone because the security reason.
