This guy wrote me about a contract that for 2010 world cup in South Africa, totally costs 15 million US$, it will be put in a box and be carried from General John McHugh in Iraq.
On April 4th,2010,a man who named "deplomat Charles Brugger" called me (cellphone is : 0086-13138460273 ) , he brought the box full of currency from "General John McHugh" in Iraq, he has arrived Guangzhou Airport, China just now. He need 3,000US$ to seetle with the charge of box.
