The System Restore Wizard should allow you to restore your system to the configuration you had BEFORE the system was infected. However, this depends on how far back you can go. You'll have to choose a date prior to the VCClient infection. If you are not sure when, then this could be a problem. And don't worry System Restore will not delete any of your files, but it WILL reverse any changes you made in the Registry. If for example, you've made a Security Policy change it may remove it.
